چکیده
In our case, we present a case of an 80-year-old male who was referred to the gastroenterologist for evaluation suspicious mass. CT imaging at time had shown intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary dilations, patient thought have pancreatic or common bile duct A mass biopsy showed no malignancy, further warranted. The found elevated IgG4 levels diagnosed with IgG4-sclerosing cholangitis (IgG4-SC). has been create wide array pathologies, including autoimmune pancreatitis, dacryoadenitis, sialadenitis. These pathologies grouped under IgG4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD) category. some cases, this IgG4-RD can as subclass primary sclerosing due immune depositions swelling CBD. Due strictures caused by cholangitis, dilations might be on endoscopic ultrasound (EUS). It is imperative differentiate from malignant early recognition treatment IgG4-SC lead complete resolution. report, responded well steroid treatment.

Extensive Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma Associated With IgG4-Related Sclerosing Cholangitis Misdiagnosed as Isolated IgG4-Related Sclerosing Cholangitis
As cholangiographic features of IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis (IgG4-SC) resemble those of cholangiocarcinoma, it is highly confusing between the 2 conditions on the basis of cholangiographic findings. This study presents a case of extensive metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with IgG4-SC misdiagnosed as isolated IgG4-SC, and reviews recent studies of the 2 diseases.A 56-year-old man with no fa...

Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a chronic cholestatic liver disease of unknown causes closely associated with ulcerative colitis. PSC is a progressive disease leading to liver failure and need for liver transplantation. Cholangiocarcinoma (CC) occurs in 10 20% of patients with PSC. The prognosis for CC is poor, even after liver transplantation. It is of great importance to identify PS...

We report a case of autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) with cholangiography and histopathology showing features characteristic of primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and colitis. A 55-year-old previously-healthy man was diagnosed with anti-nuclear antibody (ANA)-positive AIP according to the finding of serum biochemistry, abdominal US (ultrasonography), CT (computed tomography) and ERCP (endoscopic...

Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the biliary system that results in progressive fibrosis and strictures of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts. Typical radiological changes on retrograde cholangiography are shown in Figure 1. These strictures cause cholestatic liver disease that may progress to end-stage cirrhosis. The disorder has a strong ass...
